WHAT IS THE CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME AT EMELINE?

You’re welcome to check in after 4 p.m., and check out is 11 a.m. Make sure to grab a coffee at Clerks before you depart.

WHAT IS EMELINE’S CANCELLATION POLICY?

A cancellation request must be received 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival date to avoid a fee of one night’s room plus tax. Some rate plans are fully non-refundable advance purchase rates and are stated as such prior to booking and in confirmation.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A DAILY DESTINATION AMENITY FEE?

Yes, a charge of $35, plus applicable taxes, will apply per room per night. For more information about Emeline’s unique amenities, click here.

WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?

Emeline is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A $500 per-night fee will be applied if smoking is detected. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the hotel grounds.

DOES EMELINE PROVIDE WIFI?

There is complimentary wifi throughout the hotel, including common areas and guestrooms.

DOES EMELINE HAVE GIFT CARDS?

Yes, Emeline gift cards are available for purchase online.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

Housekeeping will service your room daily for each day of your stay and will be happy to provide nightly turndown service upon request. If you require either service at a particular time, please contact Housekeeping from your room phone.

PERSONAL ITEMS: Should you find yourself in the need of any personal items, we have a limited selection available upon request. Keep Shop also has a wide variety of curated items to suit your needs.

LAUNDRY & DRY-CLEANING SERVICE: Laundry and dry cleaning services are available Monday-Saturday. Items sent out before 8:30 a.m. will be delivered to your room late afternoon the same day. Pricing is located on your laundry form. Please contact Housekeeping to arrange service and in-room pickup.

NEWSPAPERS & PERIODICALS

Located on each guest level at The Nook, you’ll find a daily selection of periodicals. Should you require a complimentary newspaper to be delivered to your room, please contact the front desk to place your request.

DIRECTIONS

From the airport: Charleston International Airport (CHS) is conveniently located a mere 12 miles or 20 minute drive from the hotel. You simply take I-526 E toward Mt. Pleasant and take Exit 17 to merge onto I-26E toward Charleston. Next, take Exit 221B for Meeting Street/Visitor Center and turn right. Then, take a left on Hayne Street and your next right on to Church Street. The hotel will be on your right.
