Emeline Meeting & Event Spaces

Hayne Street Gallery our most expansive event space offers 3,354 square feet of total event space topped with 14 feet ceilings, ideal for both weddings or business events. Hayne Street Gallery accommodates up to 240 attendees reception style, or may be divided into three separate rooms for concurrent events approximately 50-100 each.

The Courtyard and The Greenhouse – this combined 5,267 square foot venue offers generous indoor and outdoor flow for receptions up to 180 attendees looking for a truly exceptional space under the Charleston sky.

Williams Hall offers 12 feet ceilings ideal for audio visual and 2705 total square feet of generous venue space for up to 160 attendees. This larger space pairs well with Newhaven and Newport for larger corporate programs requiring privacy, breakout space and registration or spacious pre-conference area.

Newport located adjacent to Williams Hall is a 656 square feet meeting room and perfect breakout space when sold with Williams Hall and Newhaven for larger programs. Also available as standalone for small meetings. Accommodates 18-40 attendees.

Newhaven located adjacent to Williams Hall is a 656 square feet meeting room and perfect breakout space when sold with Williams Hall and Newport. Also available as standalone for small meetings. Accommodates 18-40 guests.

Langston Boardroom located in the main hotel building is a 450 square feet perfect breakout room easily paired with the Kingston meeting room. Sophistically appointed with wainscoting, urban electric lighting and equipped with built in monitor available for use with a charge

Kingston located inside the main hotel building is a 475 square feet perfect breakout room easily paired with the nearby Langston Boardroom. Sophistically appointed with wainscoting, urban electric lighting and equipped with built in monitor available for use with a charge.

The Den at Frannie & The Fox is a private dining room for up to 40 guests for intimate events looking for the flexibility of a restaurant with the high touch advance planning of our Emeline conference services team.
