DO I RESERVE A STAY AT HANK’S LOFT THE SAME WAY I RESERVE A STAY AT EMELINE?

WHERE DO I CHECK IN TO HANK’S LOFT?

Please check in across the street at Emeline, located at 181 Church Street, Charleston, SC, 29401.

DOES HANK’S LOFT HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Yes. We require ten days’ notice before your scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty of 50% of your stay or a one-night charge (whichever is greater) + tax.

IS HANK’S LOFT PET FRIENDLY?

Four-legged friends are always welcome at Hank’s Loft. A cleaning fee of $100 per stay applies with a pet weight limit up to 40 pounds, max. Limit two dogs per guest room. Additional fees may apply.

IS VALET PARKING INCLUDED? IF SO, WHERE DO I GO?

Valet parking is included for one car per night, per stay. Simply come to the valet at Emeline, located at 181 Church Street, Charleston, SC, 29401.

IS HANK’S LOFT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Access to Hank’s Loft requires entry through one flight of stairs. Unfortunately, there is no elevator or stair lift accommodations on the property. Learn about ADA accommodations at Emeline.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN/CHECK OUT AT HANK’S LOFT?

Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.

IS WI-FI PROVIDED AT HANK’S LOFT?

There is complimentary wi-fi throughout Hank’s Loft for use during your stay.
